English Translation

Ok, let’s see what do we have here, a… umm, I think it’s a duck, it’s a duck made out of plastic, aha! I guess the kind that makes a noise, like in Iran they used to call these “jaghjaghe” [because they make a “jigh” sound] when we were kids. I don’t know if they still say “jaghjaghe” or not. Whether this is “jaghjaghe” or “morghābi” (waterfowl, duck) or “ordak” (duck) I don’t know. There’s his beak (menqār) of him, it is orange color, he has two eyes, yellow color, the lower part of his body, that part which goes in the water, it also is yellow. The upper part of his body, his head, that part which stays above the water, is white color. It’s made out of plastic as I said. Manufacture as usual is made in China and makes funny noises.
Uhh, another thing which is here on the table is a pencil whose color maybe we can say it’s light brown, mustard yellow (khardali) or something in this neighborhood. This pencil perhaps its tip earlier was chewed by someone, they were hungry (gashne < gerosne) for it I guess. [As for] it’s end, an eraser that didn’t come with it, that wasn’t its “original” [eraser] ummm, it’s been put in it …I mean, on it. The eraser is pink (face, flesh color) and yes, it’s been used before (earliers).
Umm, among other things that are on the table, is a pen which ahh, the end (sar) of the pen with red color, I mean that I guess its ink also its color is red… like …the pen, by the way is a Bic, umm, when I was in Iran, Bic pens were available , as I remember by the way, they were transparent but this one is white, ok, uhh, I guess earlier, it was used a few times since duhhh…a little on its tip is a little gummed up with red ink.
Ahh, another thing which is on the table is a pair of scissors, metal scissors of which the end (tip, point) of the scissors is broken—one of its ends but I guess it still cuts (mibore) paper. These scissors have two separate (distinct) parts of which one is their handle of which the blades of them are metal. Their metal blades and yeah, are metal colored but their handle has been painted (rang karde-and) and is musk-colored, black, uhh, yes, it’s still possible to cut stuff with these scissors.
