1. Start >> Programs >> Windows Media Player

| 2. On the Top Right Corner of the Player, find the Down Arrow. Then Tools >> Options |

| 3. Click on "File Types" Tab |
|
|
| 4. Check the box "MP3 audio file (mp3)" then click on OK at the bottom |

|
| This will not affect your ability to listen to files requiring your QuickTime plug-in. |
